Impact of french revolution initally confined to europe but russian revolution was global

It could be because of media...in 18th century,the scope of writing about ur thoughts and making people aware of  what was going on at international level was not much...but clearly french revolution is considered more important as we are taught about it in detail in 10th standard itself...although it got its recognition at later stage
