Globalisation is unleashing competition among women and men. This results in more and more oppression of women and strengthen fascism. Past movement for freedom and democracy, partially liberated Indian women . But globalisation is again enslaving them . Workers , peasants, dalits, adivasis , religious minorities etc are also being enslaved now . A new country-wide peoples’ movement is necessary , as a continuation of past great freedom movement , to liberate women and all other oppressed and exploited sections .
