Globalisation had a great impact on the country.
After the independence of our country the trade barriers were implemented to prevent the outsiders to enter and start trade in India.
Also the government felt that the Indian traders and merchants will not be able to compete with the outside traders.
Later with the removal of trade barrier in 1991 also known as liberalisation many developmental activities took place in our country.
People from the outside country came to India and started their trade.
Henceforth we can say that with the Removal of trade barriers and globalisation played an important role in organisational culture, behaviour and gender role.
