The impact of such industrialization is manifold:

Development in terms of economic prosperity might mean doom to the tribal identity. The first and major impact which tribal population faces is in the shape of loss of tribal identity through the establishment of industries. With major tribal tracts being depopulated and herded to new settlements to give space for establishment of factories, tribals are ill-ease .

Answer:

Tribals are the communities which depend on forests for their livelihood and for fulfilling their daily needs. But after the advent of industrialisation the forests were under the threat of being cut down this lead to the loss of livelihood of tribals .Government took control over most of the forests and tribals were alienated from forests and as a result they struggle to survive and for their survival they moved to cities in search of labour and to work in industries .The government through land reforms tried to improve the situation in order to give control of forests back to tribals but faulty implementation of policies led to failure of these policies .This lead to frustation among the tribals and they mobilized against the tribals and gave rise to new front known as naxalism .Naxilism and government are fighting to find common ground in modern times .

The government is still trying to improve the condition of tribals by promoting education and giving them reservation and introducing land forms to give the control of land back to them .

So in order to have uniform growth and development it is necessary that tribals are lifted in political and economic status.
