You questions is really reasonable. In today's world the whole youth is affected by social media. Social media has both positive and negative impact on youth.

Firstly youth is very favinated by various post on the social media. Someone is going in concert, someone is going to a party, someone is sad, someone is creative, someone is selling some objects and someone is looking for a freind there.

But let me tell you people nowadays have dua profiles. One is what they post or show on social media and one is actually what they are. We see people posting so many things on social media but in many cases there life is actually not what they show case. But youth is affected by that.

Some people start smoking-drinking, Some people want to learn something new by watching others, some people actually find very real friends on social media.

Let me give example of my own. One of my friend is very good at writing and I too have interest in writing. By reading her posts I got inspired and started writing my thoughts. Although I am not a pro. but, it really made a difference in my life.

Here is one another example of my friend. He got cheated by a girl on social media.

One of my friend went to a random event based on social media and had a very good time there.

If something happens in any place of the world it gets viral, so many celebrities like Bhuvan BAM, Shirley Setia and many more got fame and are doing great work out there. At the same time so many celebrities are got trolled by some phycopaths.

So we can't actually conclude it is good or bad but yes social media has very great impact on youth.
