I'm trying to say you can't say only good or only bad, because there are some student who use mobile phones for their good....
as well as there are some students who used to do bad stuff using mobile phone.
So the main thing is surroundings....If You Stay with good people, if you have good friends then U are gonna have a good mindset, intention and good environment for learning anything using mobile phone.
