When smoke is emitted by vehicles and factories, they mix with the clouds which are filled with rain water which causes acid rain. When this acid rain falls on the Earth, the non - living things get damaged or destroyed ,for example. monuments like taj mahal . It not only affects the non - living things but also the living things.
