i ) public libraries :- the print reached the poor in nineteenth century. publishers started producing small n cheap books. these books were sold at crossroads. public libraries were set up by certain missionaries and the rich ppl
ii) highlighting the issue of class discrimination :- from the late nineteenth century, many writers started writing abt the issue of class distinction
a) jyotiba phule was a social reformer. he wrote abt the poor condition of low caste. in his book Gulamgiri, he wrote about the injustices of caste system
b) B.R.Ambedkar also wrote powerfully against the cast system n untouchability
c) Ramaswamy Naikar also known as periyar. wrote about the caste system prevailing in Madras.
iii) poor workers n the print :- workers in factories were too overworked, thus, lacked the education to write about their expectations and experiences. but Keshibaba ,a Kanpur mill worker wrote n published "chote aur bade ka sawal " in 1938 to depict the links between caste and class exploitation...!!
