Hey there
So, water scarcity can be explained as the condition when there is a lack of water and the water is not in adequate quantity.
Water is an essential ingrediant for agriculture.
Without water the plants wouldnt get the required nutreints (macronutrients and micronutrients) essential for their growth and development.
Also the plants accquire oxygen from the water itself.
So water is an indespensible factor of agriculture.
Hope it helps
