Voltage across resistance
V = IR
90 = 3 * R
=> R = 30 Ω
Voltage across inductor
V = I XL
120 = 3 * XL
XL = 40 Ω
Impedance Z = R + jXL
Magnitude if impedance = √(R² + XL²)
= √(30² + 40²)
= √(900 + 1600)
