imperfect understanding is often more dangerous than ignorance.
what does it mean?

for eg
if u know that the timing for tomorrows test is 8:00 to 9:00 but ur not sure abt it
then u inform it to all the classes and after that u came to know that the actual timing is 8:00 to 10:00.
now it became a problem 4 u
till then all the students had went home
so u had to call each and every student and tell them that it is not the correct timing
so it us always said that imperfect understanding is......
