our life is made up of different nutrients and by a variety of foods we can get all the nutrients now if you keep on eating protein everyday then what about the other nutrients. even deficiency of any one nutrient can cause to severe problems. a balanced diet has all the required nutrients so it is more healthy while junk food contains a lot of carbohydrates and fats which is not good for our body.
