Classifications are important because it allows scientists to identify group and properly name organisms via standardized system ( Linnaeus , Taxonomy ) , based on similarities found in organisms DNA/RNA (genetics), Adaptation (evolution) ....etc....

IMPORTANCE OF CLASSIFICATION
As, we know that classification is a method by which an organism is classified in separate group based on some criteria which helps us to understand the nature of the organism. In simpler words the classification method helps us to know the presence of an organism in a particular group/class. Classifcation is very important and below are its importance:-
- Classification of organism helps us to make the study on organisms easy, systematic and scientific. In other words it helps us to know the organism more better.
- Classification helps us to study greater varieties of organism in short span of time.
