it is very important to have the english as the second language of communication in india as when there was time of independence our leaders decided to establish hindi as the official language but at that time that was not successful because people of south were modernised and believe in english as they know english properly not hindi.If there will hindi the official language then there could be a chance of civil war in india.due to which our leader decided to remain english as the second counication language
