Hey There! Forests are nature’s boon to Planet Earth. Forests are made up of a variety of vegetation such as trees, plants, climbers, creepers, shrubs, bushes and grasses. Due to the great variety of floral species in a forest there is also a large variety of faunal species that inhabits it. Forests also have water bodies. Forests are habitats for wildlife that includes mammals, amphibians, reptiles, birds and insects. Forests are ecologically important for the health of Planet Earth and all the life forms that inhabit it. Deforestation is a serious concern, and we must make all efforts to protect our forests. It plays an important ecological role in the ecosystems. A great deal of floral diversity makes up a forest. There are plants and trees of all kinds that are found in forests.
