“A sound body has a sound mind”. These words are well known by all of us...this is not a fact for students or kids only but this is a true fact for everybody's life.
=> Every one must take an active interest in sports and games to be healthy . thats why sports and games serve an essential purpose in life because they have same importance like grain and fresh water.
=> that is the reason In so many countries games are an essential part of education at school level.
=> Sports and Games can be of any level like international level include, Cricket, hockey, volleyball, tennis, badminton,football, table tennis, kabbadi etc. Or it may be of local games like we have played in our colony named kho kho,aakh micholi, barf pani....
=>In India present arrangement for games and sports in most of schools and colleges is quite unsatisfactory. It is optional so very few students take part in games we should also make them necessary part of education so that we will get a healthy future of out Nation.
