Games provide us with recreation and Yoga is one of exercises that keeps your mind and body fit .It increases blood circulation in your body and makes us to stay active. Yoga and games make you more flexible and fit too. Children like us of today's generation don't give any value to yoga and games and think that is waste of time and nonsense. As we all know we don't play games outside but we play games inside home sitting in the couch and playing in the phone/mobile. We have Athletics, Gymnastics, Yoga exercises, in-door and out-door games. We can choose one of the people’s. They relax the tension after the study at the school. Physical exercises keep our body alert and active.
