During the british rule the grand sarkar or the royal meeting , were held in main centre of the ruling territory as once held in delhi known as the "delhi darbar " it makes a gathering of main political leaders on a specific event as delhi darbar was held on the crowning event of prince Charles V . It helps on taking a lot of major political decisions
