The capacity and creativity of human beings formed the main theme of Renaissance. In the context of resources this importance is described in the following ways :-
Human resources can improve natural resources, enhance their values and use them efficiently.
The 'human agency' is described as a social class. They can change their circumstances.
The human beings can act and pursue an agreed goal.
The human resources are also important to each individual. They help them in utilising their capacities and tailored to the utmost.
With ever developing aptitude and skills, human beings have become a valuable resource for the country.
Human beings work for wages. Those who do not do so , their contribution is also very relevant . Sole example are, women in India also work in the field but are not paid wages. Their contribution to farm productivity is almost equal to that of their menfolk. By taking care of children at home, women also contribute to the development of the country.
Through education and attaining skills human being become more mobile. They even migrate to other countries in search of jobs and contribute to country's progress.
Human practice division of labour based on skills or other conditions to make optimum use of other resources. For example, a farmer raises crops in the field. A factory worker produces goods of daily use in a factory.
Human beings obtain skills to make the most efficient use of other resources as well as their own.
They make use of tools, implements and machines to develop other resources in an efficient and organised manner.
