Don't choose your stream based on Civil services Examination only. Today's world is full of oppurtunities and I'd say that deciding for civil services at high school level isn't exactly a wice decision. Stream should be chosen based on interest and passion because you never know what may happen in your coming years.

Being an Engineer, some of my friends from college were interested in appearing for CSE but an exposure to technical field made them change their decision.

Also, do take care that you need to have a sufficient backup while preparing for this exam. Science and commerce streams provide better backup options particularly in private sector. Thus, go by your interest and there's no need for Civil Seevices considerations right now
