Yes,Of course the medieval period is important because this period is all about the middle part of the history.There are 3 part of history.In the medieval period we study about turks,afghans,rajputs,rashtrakutas,etc.Medieval period is divided into two parts- EARLY MEDIEVAL PERIOD and LATER MEDIEVAL PERIOD.It's really important to study about medieval period as we get information about the middle part of the history.
