For production of vaccines: Some vaccines are made from viruses and bacteria for example:

Polio vaccine is from virus

DPT vaccines are likely made from bacterials.

2. For production of food. For example yeast can be used to make bread, bacteria is important during the process of making yoghurt.

3. For the production of oxygen

4. For the quick decomposition or organic substances.
