It's really important to follow certain physical exercise on day to to basis to keep us healthy and smart.

Yoga, jogging and walking could help us to maintain a healthy lifestyle. But for that most important is our diet. Proper food with all the nutrients and vitamins, avoiding junk food and heavy dinner.
