School is the training ground for all virtues that make a good man. Schools guide children to the right path, which is of utmost importance, as we direct them toward to become productive members of society.
Builds confidence
When children learn to turn the pages of a book or toddlers learn to walk, they are getting the idea "I can do it!" With each new ability and milestone, kids can develop increasing confidence.
Even learning a new subject and becoming proficient in a particular topic can help a child grow exponentially. Moreover, with plentiful extra curriculum activities, good instruction, and lots of patience from teachers, kids can master basic skills — like drawing, painting, dancing, or any other activity that interests them. This in all builds confidence in a child, thus getting them prepared for the new challenges in life.
Team Work
A school environment offers students the opportunity to learn to work with others, which is very important in today’s world. Through projects, creative activities and after-school sports, children get a chance to learn the importance of forging relationships with each other. All such activities help students engage with different personalities, and help them understand the importance of team work, which is required to make your workday run more smoothly.
Socialization
School, are an excellent way to develop social and emotional skills in a child. Students with well-developed social and emotional skills find it easier to manage themselves, relate to others, develop resilience, create a sense of self-worth, resolve conflict and feel positive about themselves and the world around them.
Inspiration and Motivation
Students look to teachers for approval and positive reinforcement, and are more likely to be enthusiastic about learning if they feel their work is recognized and valued. When teachers encourage open communication and free thinking of their students, it makes the kid feel important. Such enthusiasm makes students more eager to learn better things in life.
