As the conditions now in India , there is a lot of violence on the basis of religion and caste..

For overcoming these problems India should be secular which can only achieved by education it will lead to India's unity
Also, some countries will take benefit of it if India would be disunited as in 19th century

Hope it helps

Importance of secularism in India is mainly for the welfare of the citizens , so that no fight or violence is being done b/w citizens of different societies and groups and relegions.
If there would be no secularism than the people would not be free to choose b/w relegion and society and the majority will dominance the country. There would not be any temples, churches, mosques, gurudwara and only the majority relegion would be followed.

Secularism also ensures no disparty b/w people in same society which ultimately leads to ☮️ peace.

There are many people in our country who wants their dominance but they never think what would happen if other people dominate over them
Also if there would be no secularism , violence will prevail ultimately opening country's border for other countries and will become slave again

I have written this in my own language, So plz just understand this and rewrite in your own words.
