Tri polar process of education is based on 3 pillars - social factors, educator and educand. Social factors include income level, location, community influences, discrimination etc. Educator is the person giving knowledge to others. They can be teachers, coaches, trainers etc. Educand is the person recieving knowledge by paying fees to the educator.

It is pointless to teach the student to excel in his academics.
A student should be given a chance to interact with the outer society to build up his social skills.
Therefore there is a great responsibility in the hands of educators or teachers to make their students social persons.
