1)It builds strong relation to others.
2)If a person is conscious and true to himself,he will have good values and not harm other living-beings which is perceived as truethful.
3)A truthful man keeps his words so people depend upon what he says.
Non-violence is the personal practise of being harmless to self and others under every condition and its importance are;
Non-violence leads to betterment of society bvy keeping one away from blood shed and protesting in peaceful manner.
