Yoga is very useful in our life it helps in the free respiration. It is done during early mornings. If we do yoga our bodies and mind will be relaxed. We feel happy and it helps to be healthy. Yoga is done to clear respiratory problems. It helps in circulatory system to circulate the blood. If we do yoga we feel relaxed and be active throughout the day. It is very important so that we live healthily and to live happily.
