He looks did not assemble to a secret agent through as he was fat man with short height. He spoke French and German passably. He did not look like any secret agent shown in movies but he had a very sharp and active mind as he was able to handle another secret agent named Max. He even made Max believe that there is a balcony outside the window from where anyone could escape.
