The topic itself tells us that a person should be neat and clean as to maintain proper discipline we too feel fresh if we r clean. If we brush properly, have a bath everyday, wear clean clothes, etc affects our character. Our personality depends upon how we behave, our body language, our way of speaking, soft & polite & so on.... So if one don't want to be called a shabby unclean person better is being clean & tidy.
