1.) A natural number having 2,3,7 or 8 in the unit's place is never a perfect square.

2.) (Even)² = Even

(Odd) ² = Odd

3.) The no. of zeros at the end of a perfect square can never be odd.

➪Example:- (10)² = 100

(100)² = 10000

4.) The square of a natural no(n) is equal to the sum of the first n odd natural no's.

➪Example:- 1² = 1

2² = 1 + 3

5.)Square of a real no always yield positive outcome.

➪Example:- (n)² = n

(-n)² = n

6.) Non-Square no between the squares of two natural numbers n and n+1 is '2n'.

Example:- 3 & 4 = 3²=9

4² = 16

➪Non-Square no' s are 2n =2×3= 6.

➪There are 6 Non-Square no's between 3 & 4.

7.) Square root of a negative integer is an imaginary number.

➪Upto class 10th = Square root of negative integer not exist.

8.) Square root of integers that are not perfect squares are always irrational numbers.
