A flower is the reproductive part of the plant .Its main parts are-
Calyx-It is the outermost part of the plant consisting of leaf like structures called sepals. When sepals are free from one another they are called polysepals and when united called gamosepals.
2.Corolla-It is the colourful part of plant consisting of bright petals.
3.Androecium-It consists of male reproductive organs of plants stamens.
4.Gymnoecium-It consists of female reproductive oragan of the plant
