2)The shape of the cells depends upon the different functions they perform. They may be sperical, rounded, cuboidal, tubular, discoidal or irregular.

3)The unicellular organisms contain a single cell whereas the multicellular organisms contain multiple cells.

4)The sides of the cover glass should be sealed with a thick layer of Vaseline.

Nail polish or glycerin can also be used to seal the cover glass.
