Improved the health of people results in longer life span and reduced death rate? How will lower rate of death effect on the population?

Lower the death rate is, more people will survive. If more people lives it will lead to a tremendous increase in population.

But huge population isn't a problem. In fact we can consider it to be a boon. With such big population we can achieve anything. 'Inequality' ,that is the problem.
