Modern periodic table has undergone several changes that can be distilled from Chrmistry Websites. I know few of the changes :

1. The primitive names used for elements having more than atomic number 100 are being amended or transformed into scientists' names.

Eg. An element having atomic number 118 has been given the name of it's scientist Oganesson.

2. Elements having more than 118 atomic number are going through discoveries.
