Let Amit's Income be X
then Imran's income is X + 15% of X
= X+(15/100)X => (115/100)X

Difference in Salaries of Imran and Amit
= (115/100)X - (15/100)X = (15/100)X
= (115/100)X - (30/100)X = 0
= (115-30)/100 X = 0
= (75/100)X = 0
= X = 100/75

=> (15/100) x (100/75) = 5/1
Hence, difference in salaries is 5%
