Nizam-ul-Mulk Asaf-Jah was a Turkic nobleman.

He ruled the Hyderabad state from 1724 to 1748.

He was the founder of the Asaf Jahi dynasty.

He was also known as Qamar-ud-din Khan, Asif Jah I, Mir Qamar-ud-din Khan Siddiqi Bayafandi, Asaf Jah I, Yamin-us-Sultanat, Rukun-us-Sultanat, Jumlat-ul-Mulk, Madaar-ul-Maham, Nizam-ul-Mulk, Khan-i-Dauran, Nawab Mir Ghazi-ud-din Khan Siddiqi Bayafandi Bahadur, Fath Jang, Sipah Salar and Nawab Subedar-i-Deccan.

the state of hyderabad was found by Nizam-ul-Mulk Asaf-Jah in 1724. he was the governor of the Deccan under the Mughals. 

he is popularly known as the Nizam of Hyderabad.

the Asaf Jah Dynasty was founded by Nizam-ul-Malk.

he ruled the Hyderabad state from 1724 to 1748.
