let the ratio =2x:3x

total litres =180 litres

$2x + 3x = 180 \\ 5x = 180 \\ x = \frac{180}{5} \\ x = 36$
hence ,
ratio of water =2
litres of water =2×36=72

ratio of wine=3
litres of water=3×36=108
