There are some reasons to decline the employment from the agricultural sector to service and industry sectors-

The growth rate in agriculture is decelerating due to reduction in public investment in agriculture especially for irrigation,power,rural roads etc.And subsidy on fertilisers gas decreased leading to increase in the cost of production .
