It is Ujjwala Yojana of the union government under which the Underprivileged families are provided LPG gas for cooking food. This scheme benefited nearly 3 crore people in India. It proved to be very effective for those who used cook food on woods, cow dung cakes, and etc. hazardous materials which released harmful gases which are fatal for life.It also marked in increase in the health conditions of rural peoples who cooked food on woods and etc.and especially in health of women in Rural parts of India.
