in 2018 class tenth cbse board exam if i am hetting 78 percent then can cbse give me 2 percent grace and changes it into 80 percent

Hence, from now on, the percentages would be funny, not exact. In the internal exam 10 marks people would get random numbers 9.84, 8.47.. I hope CBSE rounds it ..

no cbse has denied to give grace In marks but they could do correction in the present booklet so no grace in marks this year
