Time = 4 years (given)
Principle = Rs 6500
Amount = Rs 8840
Interest = 8840 - 6500
Rs 2340

SI = P*R*T/100

2340 = (6500 × r × 4)/100

2340 = 26000r/100

2340 = 260r

r = 2340/260

r = 234/26

= 117/13

= 9

P = 1600

A = 1816

SI = 216

SI = (PRT)/100

216 = 1600 * 9 * t / 100

216 = 144t

t = 216/144 years

t = 3/2 years

Hope this help you........,

If you like good mark as brainliest

Time = 4 years (given)

Principle = Rs 6500

Amount = Rs 8840

Interest = 8840 - 6500

Rs 2340

SI = P*R*T/100

2340 = (6500 × r × 4)/100

2340 = 26000r/100

2340 = 260r

r = 2340/260

r = 234/26

= 117/13

= 9

P = 1600

A = 1816

SI = 216

SI = (PRT)/100

216 = 1600 * 9 * t / 100

216 = 144t

t = 216/144 years

t = 3/2 years

This is your another answer

Time = 4 years (given)

Principle = Rs 6500

Amount = Rs 8840

Interest = 8840 - 6500

=> Rs 2340

2340 = (6500 × r × 4)/100

2340 = 26000r/100

2340 = 260r

r = 2340/260

r = 234/26

= 117/13

=> 9

______________________________________

P = 1600

A = 1816

SI = 216

SI = (prt)/100

216 = 1600×9×t ÷ 100

216 = 144t

t = 216/144 years

t = 1.5 years
