Total mixture volume = 80 litres
Milk. Water
48 litres. 32 litres

After removing 30 litres of mixture, we have 50 litres left.
now in drawn 30 litres ratio of milk and water must be 3:2,
hence volume of milk drawn =
 \frac{3}{5}  \times 30 = 18 \: litres
Volume of water drawn =
 \frac{2}{5}  \times 30 = 12 \: litres
so Remaining milk = 48 - 18 = 30
drawn water = 12
 \binom{remaining \: milk}{water \: drawn}  =  \binom{30}{12}  =  \frac{5}{2}
