Answer:As instructed the council,the questions in the class-9 boards exam will not be out of the syllabus .it will intend to check the intellect of the examinee .Moreover,CISCE has strictly announced that they will not be compromising with the passing norms and the schools against it will be strictly dealt with.

Now my opinion on it as an ICSE candidate (ICSE 2019)

As far the questions of maths are concerned, you may blindly follow concise mathematics. As I have observed that 90% or above of the questions asked in the board exam have already been given in this book. Trust me if you solve this book confidently then you can score above 90 in maths exam.(for sure).

can also be used..
