Answer:

Hey mate here is your answer:5.66 km/hr

Step-by-step explanation:

Speed of P is 8 km/hr .

converting to m/s.

His speed is 20/9 m/s.

In 100 m, he covers the distance in 45 seconds.

He had a 4m start.

Calculating that distance with respect to his speed we get the time taken by him to cover 4 m.

Adding the trip times we get the total times taken by him to complete the race.

Now q takes 15 more seconds. The distance is 100 m

Form here we can find out Q's speed which after calculation and covering to km/hr is 5.666..km/hr

The answer is 5.66 km/hr.
