speed= distance /time
ratio = 10 : 9.8 :9.6 : 9.4
= 5 : 4.9 : 4.8 :4.7
ratio = 10 : 9.8 :9.6 : 9.4
= 5 : 4.9 : 4.8 :4.7

thanks but why you divided the ratio by 2
for eg- 10 to 5 and 9.8 to 4.9
i divided the ratio by 2 to get it in more simple form.
