In a 100 meter long and 80 meter wide rectangular garden there is a 35 meter diameter fountain tank in the middle and what is the area of the remaining garden space?​

Answer:

area of rectangular garden=length × breadth

= 100×80

= 8000

radius = 35/2

area of fountain = 22/7×35/2×35/2=1925/2=962.5

area of remaining garden= 8000-962.5

=7037.5
