\color {red}\huge\bold\star\underline\mathcal{Question:-} We have to find how much milk added ?

\bold{\boxed{\huge{\boxed{\orange{\small{\boxed{\huge{\red{\bold{\:Answer}}}}}}}}}}

in initial 25 litre mixture , milk was =

 \frac{25 \times 4}{5}  = 20 \: litre

and water was = 25-20 = 5 litre ..

now , Let x litre of milk added and their ratio becomes 16:1 , so water was 5 only ....

A/q,

 \frac{20 + x}{5}  =  \frac{16}{1}  \\  \\ 20 + x = 80 \\  \\ x = 60 \: litre \:

Answer:

4x + x = 25 litres

5x = 25 L

x = 25/5 = 5l

amount of milk = 4x

4 * 5 = 20 L

amount of water = x = 5 L

let the amount of milk be added is x

20 L + x / 5 L = 16/1

(cross multiplying)

20 L + x = 80 L

X=80 L - 20 L

= 60 L
