first you will find 20℅ from 25liter

20/100*25

=5 liter

therefore 5 liter of water is in the milk

then we will find 90℅ from 25 liter

90/100*25

=22.5

to increase we will subtract 5 from 22.5

it will be 17.5 liter

answer = 17.5 liter of water is required to increase the percentage of water to 90 percentage
