Let the number be 100x+10y+z

So 100x+10y+z=18

But

100x=2x10y

100x=20y

Also

3x10y=z

30y=z

Hence

20y+10y+30y=18

60y=18

Y=3/10

So

X=20y/100

X=6

Similarly

Z=30y

Z=9

100x+10y+z

100X6

10X3/30

9

Hence number is 639

Let the unit's place digit be x, the tenth place digit be y and the hundredth place digit be z of the three digit number

So the number will be 100z + 2y \times x

Now given, sum of digits  = x + y + z = 12

And y=2x,z=3x

⇒x+2x+3x=12

⇒6x=12⇒x=2

So y=2x=4 and z=3x=6

Hence the number is =100z+10y+x=642

So the reversed number is 246
